The customer can choose whether the transaction will be processed in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EURO).
All works of art and prints are packed in cardboard packaging and hard envelopes.
We ship only within Europe, using the GLS transport network. All products will be delivered within 15-21 days after receiving payment.
Delivery may take longer if the order was placed between December 1 and January 5. The artist cannot guarantee delivery before December 24 if the order is placed and paid after December 1.
International customers may be subject to additional taxes, duties or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over how local fees are calculated or allocated. We are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise after delivery of the ordered goods. Contact your local post office for more information.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping the ordered product.

We do not take responsibility for communication between the customer and the carrier. The customer is obliged to agree with his local courier on the time of delivery of the package.
You can choose between a refund or an exchange if the goods are defective, damaged or if they differ from the one you ordered. You can request a refund or exchange within 15 days after delivery of the product. Later requests cannot be accepted. In order to exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. The application should include the following information:
1) order number;
2) your contact details;
3) a description of the reason why you are requesting a refund or exchange;
4) photos of the defect or damage to the product.
If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We require that you return the purchased product in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
As soon as the package returns to us, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve it, we'll send the money to your original form of payment within a certain number of days.
RETURN OF UNPACKAGED GOODS
If the product has been damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, the product cannot be exchanged or refunded. The customer will receive an information e-mail that the product was not packaged according to our conditions and due to this there was damage during transport.
You are obliged to pay shipping costs for the return of purchased products.
RETURN OF UNTAKEN GOODS
If the unaccepted package is returned to us, the order will be cancelled (we will send you an information e-mail). You are obliged to pay shipping costs for the return of purchased products. These shipping costs are non-refundable. The refunded money will be sent to your account after deducting shipping costs.
In the event that we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you within 3 days of placing your order.
By submitting an order, you agree that these Terms of Service and any dispute that may arise between the customer and us in connection with the purchase are governed by Czech law, regardless of its conflicting rules. You also agree that the Czech courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between the customer and us in connection with this purchase.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is provided for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. It is not provided for goods mechanically damaged by the buyer, goods exposed to adverse climatic conditions (especially direct or strong sun and moisture).
APPEARANCE OF PRINTS AND ORIGINALS
Slight differences in the photos on our website from the actual products may be caused by different types of lighting in the room and other colours of your screen.
